Labor Warranty. How do I get it fixed?
The SteamSaunaBath Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty begins on the date
of the purchase. If you have a repair needed during the first year, you
should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer's

Last year I purchased a steam
generator with a SteamSaunaBath Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty but
have lost my paperwork. Am I still covered?
Yes... we can look you up in our computer system if you provided your
address and phone number at the time of purchase.
I purchased a product at another
store and now it is broken. Can you fix it?

brand name, model number, serial number or age of product in question
and we will help you with your concern.
My product has been in for service
for over two weeks. Who can I call to find out what is happening with
it?
While the vast majority of repairs only take a week or so, sometimes we
