I'm looking to purchase a steam generator and control system but before I do, I need to decide on the room materials. I like the look and feel of natural stone. I also like the idea of the modular systems made of plastic. My concerns are what materials will function best for a steam room application and be best for the resale value on the house. Please advice. THANKS

You can't go wrong with any tile that is made for use in showers such as ceramic tile, porcelain tile, etc.

A custom built steam room may be pricey up front but is well worth the investment.
Stay clear of modular units that are made in China and lacks support in the United States.
