To my knowledge, there is no TV currently rated for installation in a steam room environment.  The obstacles to doing this would be the required operating voltage (110VAC), moisture/water, heat, and actually seeing the screen.

A possible remedy would be to install speakers within the bathing environment which are integrated with a nearby, exterior-mounted television.  If situated correctly, and assuming periodic squeegee activity doesn't bother you, watching TV is certainly possible while steam bathing.
