Building a steam room from scratch and am wondering what is the best material to use for a heated bench (cold bench's in a steam room just don;t work for me).  Would radiant flooring work in the bench or is there some other product out there for this?

There is no product currently approved for use in this fashion.  The easiest way to address this concern is to simply let the steam room heat up before you go in.  I would also suggest avoiding materials like glass, stone, marble, or other materials which absorb the heat as they will retain less surface heat.
