I am one of those consumers with concerns about the future. Recently, my husband and I decided to do some remodeling to our home and are considering a steam room. Will a steam room in our home increase the value ? We have steamed on vacation, but that's it.

The value of this enhancement is priceless!  There are countless health benefits associated with steam bathing.  Let me rattle off some enticing ones:

  • Provides a Cardio workout
  • Burns up to 300 calories -  equal to running 1-3 miles - while relaxing!
  • Hands-Down it's the best environment for shaving
  • Releases your body's natural pain killers
  • Soothes tired, achy muscles and reduces inflammation
  • Does wonders for your skin (ladies, many facial masks are enhanced by heat)
  • Increases resistance to illness
  • Helps relieve congestion and aids clear breathing
  • Helps relieve tension, stress, and fatigue

In addition to all that, you will now have this bathing marvel available to you in your home and at your convenience.  With some added features, you can have your own personal spa-like setting at home.  Check with a Steam Bath Specialist to find the right equipment for your project.

As far as your home value goes, any modern enhancement to either your kitchen or bath will give you the highest return on your remodeling investment.  This particular investment also provides so much more...  it will add to your home value and enhance the quality of your life.
