There are various benefits to a dual kilowatt system but the main one is the ability to "upsize" your generator in the future.  This is particularly useful when steam is installed in advance of a renovation which will increase the adjusted cubic feet of your steam shower.  This could include a change in wall materials, adding glass windows or walls, or increasing your room size.  This can also be helpful if you intend to move and take your generator with you.

For specific instances of how a dual kilowatt system can benefit your installation, contact a Steam Shower Specialist (http://www.steamsaunabath.com/catalog/project_coordinator.php).
