Title: THERMASOL SIZING GUIDELINE
Post by: ShellCh4ri on December 08, 2011, 09:23:57 AM
I had a hard time figuring out the Thermasol sizing guideline on your site.  I sized my room using your sizing calculator which sizes with adjusted cubic feet...then I clicked on the generator it chose, and in that page it has a link to Thermasol's sizing....which is not the same as the adjusted cubic feet.

I know we answered this via telephone when this question came up previously but someone just called with the same question and i noticed we did not post the answer and thought more people could benefit by our response.
We have been doing this for many years and we guarantee if we size your generator you will be satisfied. We use very specific measuring guidelines to calculate the proper sizing based on many variables in the same manner all manufactures have used for years.
Some year's ago Thermasol decided to simplify their sizing by using a more broad range to cover all the variables and create a one size fits all in the belief that there is no such thing as too hot. This is fine and most often we agree and when we don't we will usually deferr to their guidelines. I suggest if you find this a bit confusing simply call one of the project coordinators at 1 800 707 2862. And remember if we size it we guaranty it.
