hELLO, 

CAN THE SPECTRUM 410 BE USED IN A REMODEL?

This is an awesome light.  Good choice.
If during the remodel you have the ceiling opened up, then yes.  New construction and remodel are stated as long as the ceiling joists are accessible for rough-in.
Also, Note: The Spectrum 410 requires 9" of installation height for new construction projects, remodel projects or attic accessibility. Insulation must be set-back a minimum of 3" from the housing and the maximum ceiling thickness should not exceed 2".

Could this light also be used in a residential sauna?

I heard it is very difficult if not impossible to install these lights in new construction. What's the deal on that?
