Title: steam generator control placement
Post by: Rocky on December 28, 2010, 07:05:21 AM
I have one outside wall in my steam room. Is this wall OK to install my control since the temperature probe is inside the control

I'm sure the outside wall will be well insulated.

If some cold air does come near the control it will have an effect but just be aware that your control setting might now precisely match the room temp.
For example, if control is set for 110, the room might be hotter than 110 as the control sensor thinks the room is still cooler.
