Our boiler for the steam rooms at the health club is running good now.
What is the boiler maintenance schedual needed? The boiler is an Lattner SteamEase electric.

Per Lattner and as stated in their Operations Manual, general maintenance is as stated:
Routine:
Make visual check of all controls.
Check for buzzing contactors in control panel.  Clean or replace if necessary
Observe pressure gauge for normal operation
Inspect for water or steam leaks at piping connections and a tube bundle end.

Monthly:
Inspect all wiring in control panels and check for tightness
Check all piping connections and fittings for tightness

Quarterly:
Check low water cutoff for proper operation for possible clogging.
Check all other valves and controls for preparation.  Replace defective parts immediately.

Yearly:
Shutdown entire boiler and conduct complete inspection.
Replace Inspect heating elements for scale.  If scale has formed, remove it.
Clean tank and all orifices of lime accumulation.
