I bought a  house with steamist SM-11 installed in it. It had not been used for many years. I had to change the motherboard and got it working. However the temperature barely reaches 90 F.   I tried following steps to descale
1) There is no auto flush installed - So manually flushed it couple of times
2) I tried to pour vinegar solution from the water pipe - but I think it needs pressure while I was trying to put the solution through funnel. Most vingar was just spilling.
3) Tried to see if I could open the heating element - but it seems after removing the six nuts - it is attached through some glue. So did not want to take it apart.

Can you suggest how can I try to descale it to see if that fixes the problem - Else what other cheap solution is there instead of just replacing the thing.

thanks in advance
