We find our room fluctuates on temperature sometimes the difference can be +5 or-5 degrees.  Is their a way to maintain temperature with all steam generators or is their a way to keep temperature stable?

We would be happy to assist you.  Can I get a little more information first?
What is you goal?
Where is the control located?  Location, height from floor.
What instrument are you using to measure the -5 and +5?
Is this commercial or residential?

There are a couple of possibilities here. The Amerec generators which always have 2 elements; upon reaching temperature cuts power to 1 of the elements and keeps steaming with the other. This reduces the fluctuation somewhat. If you really want to get down to +- 1 degree and don't mind spending  few more dollars, the Thermasol Pro series generators is the way to go. Employing a system call "Smart Steam" when the generator reaches a set temperature let's say 100 degrees; it may use 10kw to reach that temperature and once it gets there it will reduce power (let's say to 3kw) and maintain the temperature at precisely 100 degrees.
