Some thoughts on infrared in finland - sweden ship:
- very cold compared to normal sauna (maybe 50C in infrared VS. 80-120C in normal wood-heated one, or 60-100C in electric sauna).
- it feels like your innards get heated directly, it didn't feel good. Just think how it feels when your eyeballs get warm from the inside.
- you're dry and that adds to awful feeling. Of course if you prefer dry sauna it might be your thing.
I don't think its bad for your health, but im always thinking "oh my god im going to get microwaved!" in infrared, without any reason
.Try it and decide then
