What are the pros and cons of having a fan in the sauna?

I have noticed the Digi control by Amerec will also operate a fan, however, I cannot see a fan offered in the literature to work with this.  Is there a fan I can install in my sauna to work with the Digi control by Amerec?

At this time there are no fans that have been approved for use in a sauna due to the high heat which might melt the components of a fan.
The room should already have ventilation of a vent behind the sauna heater and a vent across from the heater for air flow.
