I love Sauna Bathing but health conditions have been preventing it as I can't be exposed to the heat of traditional saunas.
I heard that Infrared gives same results but at a lower temperature, is that correct?

Safety First Styxdogs.  Always adhere to medical advice.
While an Infrared sauna does operate at lower temperatures, it may still be too hot for your medical conditions.
An infrared sauna generally operates between 115 and 135 Fahrenheit while a traditional sauna operates between 180 to 200 Fahrenheit.
