Is there any steam equipment out there that has a remote control? I want to be able to turn on my steam room from my bedroom in the morning? My steam room is going to be adjacent to my bedroom.

Okay Sophia, there are 2 options available for this type of convenience.

First is the hand held remote control a RF (radio frequency) device that operates like a garage door opener allowing you to trigger your steam, set your time and temperature and enter a pre-warmed steam room. ThermaSol, Steamist and Amerec are major manufacturers that offer this option.

Second is the remotely positioned (secondary) control, which can be permanently mounted on the outside of your steam room in a convenient location so you can activate the steam room at the push of a button (think of opening your garage door from inside the house). Major manufacturers that offer this type of control are Amerec, Mr. Steam, and Steamist and probably others that Iím not aware of.

Sophia, there you have it! I highly recommend the remote control option.  Go ahead; step out of your bedroom and step into instant warm, soothing steam!  When youíre ready, itís ready!
