I am considering purchasing Mr. Steams new SAH6000 unit for a client of mine and have a question....I see the unit does not offer auto flush....without this, what is the life expectancy of this unit?

Did you size the shower to confirm the SAH will do the job?  Most showers are larger than what an SAH can handle so you get more of a vapor bath than a steam room shower.
The system has a manual drain so you would drain it at least every 2-3 months.
As far as life expectancy, that is a little tricky.
We have seen units in the range of 1 - 20 years.  There is not a 1 answer response.
It depends on your water quality, whether you have a water treatmeant system, how often the steam unit is used, how often you drain the generator.

What is the manufacturers warranty on this unit?  Also, if we buy from you, is this unit eligible for your Lifetime warranty?

Mr Steam Steam@Home has a limited 1-year warranty that the generator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Service in the home is for 90-days.

Here is a link to their full warranty info Steam@Home Warranty

We have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
For the useful life of your steam generator or sauna heater, should you experience an interruption in its operation, simply contact our technical service center with your product model, serial number and concern. If we can't get your steam shower generator or sauna heater working over the phone, return it to us for immediate repair!

The liability of SteamSaunaBath is limited to our in-shop labor only associated with the repair or replacement of any failed steam generator/sauna heater part only. Steam generator and sauna heater controls are not a part of this warranty. Removal and installation costs are not included in this limited warranty. Liability will never exceed the selling price of generator/heater in question.

SteamSaunaBath disclaims any and all liability for damage caused or resulting by improper installation, maintenance, use or attempts to operate products beyond their intended functionality, intentionally or otherwise, or any unauthorized repair. We will not be responsible for damages, injuries or expense incurred through the use of this product.

The above limited warranty in no way replaces the manufacturer's limited warranty, but simply is designed to augment it where in-shop labor coverage expires.
