Title: Fiat' shower stall equipped with a Thermasol steam shower.
Post by: belmont1999 on July 03, 2012, 04:33:29 PM
I have just bought a house that has a 'Fiat' shower stall equipped with a Thermasol steam shower.  Trouble is that I do not know how to operate it, could you please refer me to a place in your website that gives operating and maintenance instructions or perhaps just tell me in an a-mail.

I live in Penticton British Columbia, is there a dealer near here, in Kelowna perhaps, that I could talk to.

I would be most grateful for you assistance and help.

Thank you,

Martin Car

Can you provide me with the model and serial number please?

I am afraid there is no model or serial number visible.  The shower is an enclosed Fiat stall with a glass front & door.  The small control 'panel' has 4 push button settings : 60, 45 30 & 15, the Thermasol label is below the settings.  There is a nozzle lower down the shower - I am assuming it is a steam nozzle.

I was wondering if I just press one on the setting and wait for the steam to appear or do I need to run the shower at the same time.  Any guidance would be very useful.

Thanks for your help

Yes, press one of the time settings. It should start steaming in about 5 minutes. Let me know if the control lights up.

The control lights up, I have pressed the 45 setting and will let you know what happens.  it shows how wrong I was, I thought the number had something to do with temperature not time!

We have steam, lots of steam, what is the recommended time to stay in the steam shower?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

The average suggested time is 15-20 minutes but now that you have mastered the steam control you can experiment with it. Try 15 minutes or until you feel you are overheating and then turn on the shower to cool off and then go back to steam. Exhilarating!

I have a similar problem with a fiat shower, however the lights do not turn on the control panel. Any assistance is appreciated!

Thanks!
