I enjoy using my steam room very much so that I like to stay in for hours. When I need to cool down I leave the room to a cooler area then return. I only have one steam shower area. Is there away I could cool down in the steam shower area with out turning on the shower and cooling down the room? (Note it feels like hours because it feels so good to be in a hot steam and then cool down and return to hot steam and repeat  over and over)

This is an absolutely fabulous idea!  Depending on the space you have, I would recommend putting a tub or a plunge pool within the steam shower enclosure.  This not only allows for cooling off to lengthen your steam bathing session, it adds an additional 'cool surface' for the steam to interact with and create a thicker fog, the sound of water running or sloshing is very relaxing, and the effects of a 'cold plunge' on the body is very invigorating while kicking up the cardiovascular benefits of this type of bathing.  Speak with a Bathing Specialist to review the best options for your environment.
