I see you offer a aroma oil pump on your website.  Does this particular Essential Oil Delivery System - AI-5, work with any home steam generator?  Is it more cost effective to use a pump vs. placing oil on the steam head disperser?  I am considering purchasing this pump but would like some feedback as to how efficient they are and how they operate.  Thanks for you help!

Yes! The AI-5 pump, operated with the simple push of a button, will work on all residential steam generators. It requires a 120V outlet and must be connected to the steam line between the generator and the steam outlet.

Oil placed on the steam head is usually swept away by the first good burst of steam that emerges.  Any attempts to add oil to the steam head after that is dangerous and strongly discouraged.  An aroma pump is the safest and easiest way to introduce essential oils into your steam shower.

The AromaMist line of aroma pumps is the only line with technology specifically designed to introduce essential oils into the steam generator steam line.  Most pumps used for this purpose were originally intended to dispense soap, shampoo, and conditioner.  Because the AI-5 meters the oil directly into the steam line in very tiny bursts, it is extremely cost effective.
