Hello, we have a Mr. Steam Ms400EX generator for our steam shower, and are in total love with it.Our first steam expierence was on vacation, and we knew we needed to add it to our home. We had it installed about a month and a half ago, and use it almost everyday.  We also have the Aromasteam system, which we believe should be a standard and wish we had it on vacation. Does anybody know what other types of oils can we use with this system?  We have a container of "Evergreen" and would like to try something different.  I have found some aromas at our local bath and beauty shoppe, but in the labels they do not say wheater or not they can be used in a steam shower.  They do also appear a little thicker-like syrup-when compaired to what came with our steam shower. Shocked

Aroma therapy is a wonderful ehancement to the steam room.  However, not all oils are the same.  In addition to having low purity levels, many commercially marketed products contain alcohol and other additives to enhance their scent.  Check out these AromaMist Essential Oils which are scent enhancement additive free and intended specifically for use in steam shower environments.
