In my reading on steam, several people refer to the Chakra value.  What is the difference between Aroma Oils and Chakra Oils?  Is Chakra Oils part of health benefits for steam and would you need to utilize the Chakra oils to get those benefits or does steam alone carry the benefit?

All that you mention have benefits.  Beginning with steam is an excellent start.  Make it part of your day.

Steam benefits:
•alleviate stress
•improve blood circulation
•ease muscle tension and pain
•clean out their pores
•relieve joint pain and stiffness
•enhance their immune system
•relieve sinus congestion

Add aroma oil, such as Eucalyptus, to awaken the senses even further.

For Chakra, there is a belief that an aroma used with a chroma light will target very specific areas of the body.
For instance, one manufacturer suggests using their Red Vitality with the Red color from a Chroma light to invigorate you when feeling sluggish.  They say Red targets your base.

You can't go wrong with any of these methods.
Experiment & Enjoy.
