Hi Ralph, I have a feeling we can help you but I need a bit more information.
Look on the generator for a little square data plate. I need all the information on there.
What color is the generator?

model ASM-2
5000 watts
built in 1992
generator is BLUE

That's good Ralph; now i need you to tell me what the control looks like and by the way how do you know the PC board is bad?

the control is round digital time and temp. I fix these things on a pretty regular basis. I checked everything else out and the PC board does not talk to the element. Every thing else checks out okay so all that is left is the PC board.

Okay Ralph, this one is tough. i may ask you to take a picture of the PC board so we can identify it. But first, a long shot; take a look at the PC board and see if you can find a part number on it anywhere.

Guess i should have thought of that earlier.
The part number says LLC-1100-1. Is that what you need?

That is it my friend. I have identified the generator and I have the part you need. I don't want to put the part number in the post because I don't want somebody else ordering this part without contacting us first to determine this is what they need.
Give me a call at SteamSaunaBath 800 707 2862 and I can get you all set up.
