I need more information...
  • What model control do you have?
  • What model generator do you have?
  • How old is the generator?
  • Do you know the generator serial number?

I would call a Steam Bath Specialist to help you determine the equipment you have and how it should operate.

The most reliable way to determine this information is to check the data plate on the side of the generator.  This will tell you everything except the control type which can be figured out once you know which generator you have.  It is always helpful to also locate the installation manual.  This manual will also help you determine which, if any, error codes you are receiving.  This can be handy in diagnosing the problem.

Once you have this information, call a Steam Bath Specialist for instructions on how to proceed.
