I have been using the power flush feature of my Thermasol steam generator weekly for a while now.  At first I was not flushing it at all, relying on the 1000 min. thing.  I have corrected my ways now.  After advisment I was told to 'feel the floor' of the shower for grit to determine a maintenance schedule.  Well, every time I use the generator, some 'grit' is felt on the tile under the steam head.  I am now wondering, did I break it by not flushing it on a regular basis in the beginning?  Or should I 'power flush' more often?

There are many factors to consider here.  I would recommend speaking to a Steam Shower Service Specialist for help in diagnosing your concern and advising the proper course of action.
