Inquiry:
I have a ThermaSol Pro240, Serial # PRO-013012-10308. It is showing error message TTMPL when I try to run the steam. Is this something i can fix myself or do I need to call a repair service? Is the machine still under warranty? It is 3 years old.

There are a couple of possibilities here.
Error Code: Display will show “TTMPL”
Cause: 1. The temperature sensor in the level switch is disconnected, damaged or bad.
2. The level switch temperature sensor is damaged or bad
3. The power supply sensing is bad
The manufacturer prefers to only have qualified techs open the generator case so the easy answer is "It's broke". not a real bad problem but best you contact the service people at 800 707 2862 and they can assist you in getting your generator up and running again in no time as well as tell you how to address your warranty issues.
