Title: Thermasol PRO 140 control panel reads NOWTRY
Post by: fahadan on December 25, 2012, 01:54:00 PM
Hi, my steam generator control panel is showing NOWTRY and stopped generating steam. Anyone has any idea what this could be?

Thanks!

Error Code: Display will show “NOWTR”
Cause: 1. The Generator has low or no water
2. Defective Level Switch
Solution: 1. Ensure the water is on to the unit,
Clean the water inlet screen if applicable,
reset the breaker and run a powerflush.
2. If solution doesn't fix the issue then contact a Project Coordinator at 1 800 707 2862 for assistance in getting service on the unit.

Thermasol, like other steam bath generator brands, employs a series of diagnostic or error codes which appear in the display of their steam bath generator controls to give the bather an idea of why the steam bath generator may not be functioning.  There is even a code to remind you to flush the generator as well.

Tyler is correct, "NOWTR" is a low water error code which could mean that the water supply is not open to the generator, there is a clog in the water line or that the level switch within the steam bath generator is not operating as it should.

Wondering how it went Fahadan?
