I'am having a Thermasol pro unit installed in my home. My plumber said they may be a problem with the powerflush operation if I locate my generator in the basement and my steamshower is on the second floor of my home.

This is not an issue; the Thermasol Pro Series generator has a built in Power Flush system which uses the water pressure in the home to flush the system.  The same pressure that allows your faucets to work on the second floor does the same for the Power Flush.
