Ceramic tile steam shower with teak bench

Here we have a ceramic tile steam shower in the master bathroom that is utilizing a nice teak bench that is removable. Teak is a very durable wood with antibacterial properties that is often seen being used in steam environments and patio furniture. Wood also brings wamth and comfort where tile is cooler and takes longer to heat up. In the upper right corner of this steam shower image is where the steam head is located. We notice three (3) stones in place, possibly to help buffer the force of heat and occasional spittle of hot water during a steam bath session. This should be remedied with a steam head safety guard or diffuser.
