Improper steam head and drain lines

The steam head is located too close to the floor. Suggested steam head location is 12” above floor level. A steam head safety guard and diffuser cannot be used. The outlet on the right is the steam generator pressure relief valve (PRV) discharge and regular drain discharge. These should never be piped to the shower. If the PRV or drain opened while the shower was in use, bather scalding may occur.
