All oversize and non-stock shipments ship via Freight transit via a "Ground" transit method. All shipments take 3-5 business days to prepare.
Estimated transit time for Oversize items is 3-5 business days to most parts of the contiguous United States. Remote areas may require additional time in transit.
We fully expect that your order will arrive in the condition we package it. However, please remember that it is your responsibility to verify that the item has not been damaged by the freight company during shipping. A product inspection, including the external packaging in the presence of the delivery driver is the best way to report a claim. If there is any product or packaging damage, note such on the delivery receipt. When you sign for a delivery and do not note any damage, the condition of the product will no longer be the delivery company's responsibility. If your package arrives with damage rendering it inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and notify us.
We stock thousands of steam bath and sauna products from industry leading manufacturers. For product orders over $75, rely on our HUGE inventory and same day processing for most orders placed by 12:00 pm (noon) Central Standard Time that are shipping within the contiguous United States.
SteamSaunaBath is committed to shipping stock orders the day they are received, however, we strongly recommend you call us to confirm product availability in the event your order is of an urgent nature.
All items identified as eligible for Free Shipping will qualify for the Free Shipping program, subject to certain exceptions. There are several reasons why your order might not be eligible for Free Shipping.
1. Free Shipping applies to orders made at www.SteamSaunaBath.com and shipped within the contiguous United Stated only. International orders, and orders shipped to APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Protectorates are not eligible for Free Shipping.
2. Large or heavy items that must be shipped on pallets via LTL freight may incur additional shipping costs. If freight applies, we will contact you at the time of your order confirmation.
3. The $75 minimum purchase is calculated after all other discounts are applied. Charges relating to shipping and handling will not be included to meet the $75 minimum.
4. You selected a shipping preference other than "Best Way".
5. The Free Shipping offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $75; SteamSaunaBath.com reserves the right to charge applicable shipping and handling costs for any such orders.
SteamSaunaBath.com reserves the right to cancel orders when the cost of free shipping is disproportionate to the shipping expense to product cost ratio. This scenario can present itself for certain items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and various U.S. regions.
SteamSaunaBath.com may change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time at its sole discretion.
If you would like to place an order from outside the United States or you would like to have it shipped outside the United States, please call us at 800-707-2862.
We will gladly ship the order directly to you or make arrangements to have your order shipped to an export company of your choice. If you choose an export company, you will be responsible for making arrangements with the export company to complete the delivery to your final desired location.
