Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by updating the website. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy of any map or direction presented on our website. If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.

Sales Tax Policy

SteamSaunaBath pays your sales tax...So you don't have to! Our prices on this site include tax. Consequently, your confirmation order total will not reflect the applicable state and local sales tax. Shop comfortably knowing that the prices you see are the prices you get at checkout.

Order Fulfillment

Shipped and Home Delivered Products

You may have your Product shipped or delivered to your home via one of our available shipping or home delivery options. We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. Orders must be completed before 2 p.m. (CST) in order for it to ship the same day.

 

You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses.

 

Product Inspection

We fully expect that your order will arrive in the condition we package it, however, please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure the item has not been damaged by the freight company during shipping. A Product Inspection, including the external packaging in the presence of the delivery driver is the best way to report a claim. If there is any Product or packaging damage, note such on the delivery receipt. When you sign for a delivery and do not note any damage, the condition of the Product will no longer be the delivery company's responsibility. If your package arrives with damage rendering it inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and notify us.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.

Best Price PLUS Guarantee

Nothing's worse than paying too much. That's why we do everything in our power to make sure you don't pay a penny more than you should for anything you buy at SteamSaunaBath. If you've seen a lower advertised price from a local store or web-based retailer with the same item in stock, we want to know about it. Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. Plus, even after your SteamSaunaBath purchase, if you see a lower advertised price within 30 days, we'll refund 110% of the difference.

 

Our policy applies only to advertised prices and must include shipping and handling charges. It does not apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates and free-with-purchase offers. In order to take advantage of our Best Price PLUS Guarantee, you must call SteamSaunaBath, as we do not provide electronic online price matches.

Returns And Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with a product, SteamSaunaBath will gladly exchange or refund the purchase of any uninstalled and saleable stock item within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below.

Steam generators, sauna heaters, controls, seats and accessories must be returned within 30 days of the sale date, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.

There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally purchased as Open Box.

For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.

 

Aroma Oils & Menthol Crystals: To ensure the quality and safety of these items, aroma oils and menthol crystals are NOT returnable under any circumstances.

 

Sauna Rooms & Wood: Pre-cut, Pre-fabricated, Modular, Two-piece, Infrared, Pre-built, Custom Cut and Designer Sauna Rooms along with any type of wood are cut to order and consequently are NOT returnable items.

 

Steam Diffusers: Steam Diffusers will noticeably ware, crack and fade with normal use and are a consumable component. Due to the specific use and nature of steam diffusers they are NOT returnable items.

 

Steam and Sauna Doors: Steam shower doors and sauna doors are custom made items constructed for specific and individual applications. Due to their uniqueness, steam and sauna doors are not returnable items.

 

Commercial Sauna Heaters & Steam Boilers: Commercial equipment and accessories on this site are not returnable. Commercial products are not stock items, rather they are made for your project’s own uniqueness.

 

Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)

 

Promotional packages: Returns for promotional package items will only be accepted if all components of the promotional package are returned. Individual package components may be exchanged if defective.

 

Shipping errors: For any Product received that is not the Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns.

 

Shipping fees: Product pricing appearing on this site and correspondingly your order includes a 5% ground shipping charge, which will not be refundable at the time of return or exchange. Consequently, all product returns and exchanges are subject to a 5% ground freight fee.

 

Installation & Delivery: Charges for installation and delivery services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed.

 

Mail returns: You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below.

 

Merchandise purchased online through SteamSaunaBath.com, which meets the Refunds and Returns guidelines above, may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA"), found in the About Your Order section.

 

Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 10 days.

 

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or a mail refund check will be issued for a purchase made with a certified check or money order. Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories. For Product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the Product that you return or exchange.

Mail Returns

You may return any merchandise purchased online via mail provided that the return meets the guidelines described below.

Merchandise purchased online which qualifies for return may be returned via mail to our authorized return center. Before returning anything by mail to us, you first must call us at 800-707-2862 to obtain a Return Authorization. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 10 days. Please note that custom made, special order and non-stock items may not be returnable.

 

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit. These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
